I'm curious as to how come most builders pair a korina body with a korina neck (as opposed to a maple neck)
Is it because the maple neck cancels out some of the nice frequencies of the. Black korina, as the above example shows, is beautiful even without a maple top And sounds great with good humbuckers I did notice the wilkinson studs did lift after a few years in one case
