For people who have experience. Quest trade has the most shit customer service i have ever experienced in the financial world I’ve tried 3 times to jump into the chat queue and there is always 200+ people, the worst time there was 350 people ahead of me All of their contact information is vague and hard to find

I doubt they actually care though I'm in the process of moving from quest to ibkr My main reason is access to different exchanges I wanted to buy something on the amsterdam exchange and quest wanted $300 commission for a single trade

I can also hold stuff like baba on the hk exchange instead of adrs

My minimal amount of customer support i have needed from quest trade has been satisfactory I'm in the process of transferring funds from another account over to quest trade so i am going to see how it plays out.
