As others said, if you're running windows 10, let windows do its thing It does it very well For linux, i guess bleachbit if. Bleachbit is a good open source alternative for ccleaner’s cleaning function
Bleachbit doesn’t perform ccleaner’s other functions, such as registry cleaning, which i wouldn’t recommend doing anyway.
