Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own Might be a manual process but shouldn’t take too long. You should be able to go to people > time off > policy assignments to add the policy with a past start date
