Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own I also find that the reporting dashboard provides alot of useful insight for snapshots of data. It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface. The website hasn't loaded for me all day and i can't schedule a phone call with adp until february 9th which doesn't cut it We are expanding to texas (currently in louisiana) and we hired our first texas employee We switched from adp run to adp work force now at the beginning of the year and it was the worst decision i've ever made
