Offerup doesn't give the money to the seller , buyer has 3 days to inspect item and request a return in case of something wrong with item Offerup uses paypal and paypal gives buyers protection. I bought my car on offerup, got it for a steal, 2014 nissan maxima with 90k miles on it paid $3,500 for the car, nothing wrong, no accidents or salvage or rebuilt title just a dude tryna get rid of it. I believe offerup rolled their software onto a state where the majority of posts don't make it neither do new users get any privileges to post
