As of 10/5/25, i can no longer download my account information from fifth third bank I deactivated each of my four accounts and then set them up fresh again. I hope it is only temporary
Yes, quicken has had connection issues with fifth third bank since 9/27 However, only three of my four accounts (2 savings, and 1 trio credit card) updated with zero transactions. Both quicken and 5/3 are aware of the problem
Seems to be an ongoing problem with quicken and 5/3 and the connection issues do not get resolved in a timely manner
You can login to 5/3 and export transactions and import them into quicken.clunky but it does work Also, you may be able to deactivate all of your 5/3. :( just opened new savings and checking accounts at fifth third bank for the sole purpose of using quicken for online bill pay. They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed. I just ran a one step update and quicken says that it completed my fifth third update
