Hi everyone, i just bought a samsung smart monitor m8 (model ls32bm801ucxxk) and i’m having issues with the slimfit camera There are a few things you can do to solve this issue, like checking your connections, adjusting the volume, performing a sound test, or playing sound using a device other than your monitor. The camera works with the smartthings app (i can see the feed when the monitor is off), but it doesn’t show up in “connected devices → sources” or in apps like google meet.
Both are newer devices on the latest version of windows. If that still doesn't work, contact them directly for more support. The mac needs to be connected to the type c port next to the hdmi port in order to see the camera
