Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own It has definitely been an adjustment going from such feature rich systems to what i have now with adp wfn. Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it
We use adp workforce now. I was at an organization (3k employees) that used ultipro, then went to a larger (70k employees) company that used workday, and now am in a smaller (under 1k employees) company that uses adp Welcome to the official r/adp sub
You can discuss or ask questions related to the service as well as the work life @ adp.
I would also suggest posting your question on the adp bridge I've always found the community and bridge moderators to be far more helpful & responsive than adp support Alternatively, i'm a freelancer who helps companies with their adp workforce now system If custom reports are tough to figure out, i can help with that.
We just implemented adp wfn next gen and the system itself is not at all what we were sold on It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface. The website hasn't loaded for me all day and i can't schedule a phone call with adp until february 9th which doesn't cut it We are expanding to texas (currently in louisiana) and we hired our first texas employee
Do you have a dedicated adp rep you can speak to
You should be able to go to people > time off > policy assignments to add the policy with a past start date Assign the policy then go to time off > time off balances for earned/adjusted if you need to add additional hours off onto the policy Might be a manual process but shouldn’t take too long. We switched from adp run to adp work force now at the beginning of the year and it was the worst decision i've ever made
I hate absolutely everything about it. Now i run payroll for a large university system and we use peoplesoft (which is eh)and have adp for the tax filing, w2 and garnishments Adp is still a nightmare. How do you access an employees pay stubs on workforce
I know it’s under reports but don’t remember where
