This chart shows a trade of diggs for mike evans and laporta is in favor of the person sending diggs But there are still only a handful of automatic options, and if you want one, you have to be willing to give up way more than (according to his chart) zay flowers, a hobbled tee higgins, or jaylen warren The chart from earlier and fantasycalc suggested the opposite
All i am now is more conflicted about whether it's worth sending diggs so i can stop getting 0.7 points from my te spot every damn week. Yes the tight end position is a bit deeper this year than usual Poor hollywood, so disrespected in these rankings especially with kyler coming back soon should surely boost his ros value above wr37 given he is currently wr14 with dobbs at qb?
Value seems even between both 49 vs 43/51.
With 2 for 1 trades, the side with 2 should value about 50% higher to be fair, since the 1 side is the better player and only takes up 1 roster spot. I’ve used his top 200 rankings for drafting for the last couple seasons I’m curious how he came up with these numbers, though. The trade value chart is geared more for determining value for 1 for 1 trade across different positions
Once you start adding 2 or more players for 1 guy it starts to break down because people rarely want to trade their studs for lesser parts. The trade value stuff is definitely helpful But from my experience if you’re acquiring the better player (2 for 1, 3 for 1, etc) your almost always giving more value. To be fair, i can’t see boone’s trade chart from week 2, but i’m guessing their collective value at the time was around 80 based on them all coming off productive weeks.
Boone's values for the premium tight ends aren't close to reality
