You are correct that the only login is is the ds login. I called a number 1 month ago from thier site and got a manager on the phone She said they were working on it that week and will reset everyone's acounts once it's fixed because the transunion credit check wasn't communicating with milconnect security questions properly causing people to get locked out of the accounts. But the change password box is still red and the update password button remains ghosted out
