I heard there are some bamboo groves also at fushimi inari taisha, if you had to pick one location to visit which would it be? Advice on the best time (specific) to go to fushimi inari, kyoto. I'm not sure the opening time for fushimi inari taisha but i arrived there around 8am and the office to get the goshuin was closed But it's recommended to get there as early as possible to avoid crowding if you wanna enjoy better your tour and then when you come back, you can get your goshuin.
