I know the game is a ways away yet, so i probably won't get an answer to this, but can we buy and sell stuff in me3 again I guess it depends on whether you want to craft or buy new weapons I crafted all my gear, so in that case dismantling is better (i didn't buy a single weapon in my playthrough) If you want to buy your gear, you could sell your spare gear for the extra cash.
