It was some kind of custard place (i think a kc chain?) back when it was built in like 2005 or so, which also didn’t last too long It sat vacant for a long time before jones bros. By the time my dad was a kid (80 years ago) it was already mostly long gone, but the stretch of the big papio was still referred to as the old mill
